Payment information

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may change by currency, location and provider approval. Prices and the final order total are shown before payment confirmation.

Payment processing

Online payments are processed by the payment provider selected at checkout. We receive transaction status and reference information needed to reconcile the order, but do not store full payment card numbers, card security codes or wallet passwords.

Order review and fraud prevention

We may request reasonable verification where an order presents security, fraud or regulatory risk. A payment authorisation does not require us to deliver a prohibited, fraudulent or technically unavailable service; affected payments will be voided or refunded as appropriate.
