Refund and cancellation policy

Our products are digital and professional services. We assess requests fairly according to the service stage, third-party costs and applicable law.

Before work or provisioning begins

A customer may request cancellation for a full refund before work, account provisioning or third-party purchasing begins.

After work begins

For design, development and assessment work, we may deduct the reasonable value of completed work and non-recoverable third-party costs, and refund the balance. For hosting, cloud server and backup services, the current service period is normally non-refundable after resources are provisioned, except where the service was not supplied as described or a refund is required by law.

Service problems

Please notify us promptly with the order number and details. We will first try to correct, re-perform or restore the affected service within a reasonable period. If we cannot deliver the material service purchased, we will provide an appropriate full or partial refund.

How to request

Email [email protected] within seven days of becoming aware of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible; payment providers may require additional processing time.
