Digital service delivery

All products sold on this website are digital or remotely delivered professional services. No physical goods or shipping charges apply.

Order process

1. Customer places an order and receives an electronic order record.
2. We review payment and send an onboarding request to the order email.
3. Customer supplies the authorised access, content and information listed for the service.
4. We provision the service or perform the agreed work and confirm delivery by email.

Timing

Provisioning and delivery estimates are stated on each product page and begin after cleared payment and receipt of all required information. Business days are Monday to Friday excluding Hong Kong public holidays.

Credentials and acceptance

Credentials are sent only to the authorised order contact using reasonable security measures. Project work is considered delivered when the stated files, report, access or published result is provided. Revision periods and included support are limited to the product description or written quotation.
