Service terms

These terms govern online orders placed with Guangxun Network Technology Co., Limited. By submitting an order, the customer confirms authority to purchase and accepts the product description, price and these terms.

Orders and payment

Prices are in Hong Kong dollars unless stated otherwise. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we issue an order acknowledgement. We may reject or refund an order affected by pricing error, suspected fraud, sanctions, unlawful use, technical impossibility or unavailable capacity.

Scope and customer responsibilities

Only deliverables stated on the product page or written quotation are included. Customers must provide accurate information, lawful content, timely approvals and authorised access. Delivery dates move reasonably where required information or access is delayed.

Monthly services

A monthly product purchases one service period only and does not renew automatically unless recurring billing is separately agreed. Customers should renew before expiry. Suspension or deletion may occur after expiry following reasonable notice and subject to backup retention limits.

Acceptable use

Services must not be used for unlawful content, infringement, malware, phishing, unsolicited bulk messaging, attacks, unauthorised access, abusive automation or activity that threatens other systems. We may suspend urgent security threats and will provide notice where reasonably possible.

Liability and law

Each party remains responsible for its own data, credentials and backups except where backup service is expressly purchased. To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential loss is excluded and our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by Hong Kong law.
